Introducing the 2022 BRAZEN GAMES!

Calling all Brazenauts!

This is your chance to have fun, kick a** and take names in the first ever Brazen Games!

The 2022 Brazen Games are a partner-style competition taking place at Brazen Fitness on Saturday July 9th, at 8:30am, in support of pride month!

Grab a partner, sign up below, and prepare to throw down against your fellow Brazenauts in a multi-workout style event.

- Divisions include: Beer & Wine (beginner/casual) & Hard Liquor (advanced/serious business) -- see below for more details
- Teams are Male/Male, Female/Female or mixed.
- 2 events for everyone + 1 final event for the top teams from each division
- Price of entry is $20 per team
- If you're a member, you can grab a non-member friend to compete with you (each team must have at least one teammate who is a Brazen Fitness member)

This is your chance to prove your fitness and earn the title of Brazen Champion.

Not sure which division to sign up for? Here are some guidelines:

"Beer & Wine"
- Be able to do squat, lunges, swings, snatches, cleans, push presses, jerks with a DB/KB weighing ~30lbs for Men and ~20lbs for Women.
- Be able to barbell squat at least 135lbs (Men) and 95lbs (Women) for 5-10 reps
- Be able to deadlift at least 165lbs (Men) and 115lbs (Women) for 5-10 reps
- Be able to push press at least 95lbs (Men) and 55lbs (Women) for 5-10 reps
- Be able to jump or step up on a 20" box
- Be able to perform jump rope single unders

"Hard Liquor"
- Be able to do squat, lunges, swings, snatches, cleans, push presses, jerks with a DB/KB weighing ~50lbs for Men and ~30lbs for Women.
- Be able to barbell squat at least 185lbs (Men) and 125lbs (Women) for 5-10 reps
- Be able to deadlift at least 225lbs (Men) and 145lbs (Women) for 5-10 reps
- Be able to push press at least 125lbs (Men) and 85lbs (Women) for 5-10 reps
- Be able to jump or step up on a 24" box (Men) and 10" box (Women)
- Be able to perform SOME jump rope double unders
- At least one teammate needs to be able to perform at least 10 strict pushups (Men) and 5 strict pushups (Women)
- At least one teammate needs to be able to perform at least 1 Chest-to-Bar kipping pullup (Men) and 1 Kipping Pull-up (Women)
