Welcome to CrossFit South Arlington, your local school of fitness!

Here at CFSA, we pride ourselves on working to develop your understanding of movement and how it applies to you and your everyday life. Our philosophies for training stem from this very concept and as such we’ve become a hub for learning and adaptation for people of all levels of fitness. You will see this eagerness of education in everyone from the coaching staff to the member that started with us last week. We are all here to learn.

For the Newcomer

First and foremost, CrossFit is best explained through the action of doing, not through a website. So, the best way to understand CrossFit is to schedule a one-on-one today!

One-On-One Introductory Workout*

Through the one-on-one introductory workout, you will get the chance to work directly with one of our coaches to experience CrossFit and get all your questions answered first-hand!

*Note for one-on-one intros: Please only sign up for a time slot that you know you will be able to attend. If a one-on-one must be cancelled, we require a 2-week wait before signing up to attend a different time slot.

CFSA is for you and your unique goals

CrossFit does not discriminate. We house a unique blend of people from every walk of life. Seriously, at the gym you’ll meet everyone from stay-at-home parents to elite athletes, students, CEO’s, members of the armed services, firefighters and everything in between. And with CrossFit, we can create workouts that are designed for people of all levels, so truly anyone can do them. Yes, anyone!

Your workout = your pace

“Scaling” is a word that you will hear frequently here at CFSA. During each class, everyone does the same workout, but that workout will always have several scaling options. This makes it possible for all of us – with our different body types, personal goals and levels of ability – to work alongside one another safely and with intention. We motivate one another, cheer one another on, and sometimes participate in some healthy competition. But, ultimately, every workout is yours alone.

It doesn’t matter what brought you here: a devoted friend’s persistence, a coach or doctor’s recommendation, or maybe inspiration from watching the latest Reebok commercial… regardless, welcome to CFSA! We can’t wait to be there as you get started working toward your unique goals!
