Drop-Ins

Note: if you’re looking to drop-in during the Open, please see the bottom of this page.

We love having visitors! If you’re considering dropping-in, here’s what you need to know:

  • Drop-in fees are cash only
  • Our drop-in rates are:
    • $20 for the day, or $50 for a week of unlimited classes
    • Active duty Military: free for the first visit, or $40 for a week
    • CrossFit coaches:  you’re welcome to workout with us on the house
  • Any schedule changes are posted on our class schedule page

3 simple steps before you work out with us:

  • Check out the description of our level-based classes (L100 and L200) and our class schedule
  • Email us at info@crossfitsoutharlington.com, with the class level, class date(s) and time(s) you’ll likely attend and any information our coaches should be aware of, including current injuries or limitations
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Once you’re here, make your way into the office, sign a waiver at the front desk (or online right now) and introduce yourself to one of our coaches

Interested in doing the Open workout with us?

  • We hold the Open workouts on Fridays (during regular class times) and on Sunday night at 5:30 pm (special class)
  • Our drop-in rate for Open workouts is $25
  • We will not hold any Level 100 classes on Open Fridays
  • Our class/heat schedule is roughly as follows (subject to change weekly):
    • Morning and noon classes, regular class times, we aim at running 2 heats per class.
    • Evening classes, 6 x 45 min heats start every 30 mins: 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:00pm, 6:30pm, 7:00pm
  • Email us at open@crossfitsoutharlington.com, with the class date(s) and heat time(s) you plan on attending and any information our coaches should be aware of, including current injuries or limitations.
  • Please be aware that we cannot guarantee you a slot in the heat of your choice. Current CFSA members take priority.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Once you’re here, make your way into the office, sign a waiver at the front desk (or online right now) and introduce yourself to one of our coaches.
