Our schedule is determined solely by the needs of our community.  So if you don’t like what you see here, drop us a line and we’ll see if other people are interested.

 

CrossFit Open Workout Schedule:

Friday 24 March at 6:00am, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30pm

There will be NO NOON Class on Friday 24 March.  The gym will be closed during that time.
