The Female Athlete Course with Antony Lo at CrossFit South Arlington!

 

CrossFit South Arlington is proud to announce an upcoming partnership with The Physio Detective, Antony Lo, to offer you an exceptional two-day informational seminar on the female athlete. This unique course will specifically address the needs of high intensity female athletes.

 

Who should attend?

We think this course would be perfect for YOU! The seminar will be suitable for teachers, coaches, trainers, health and fitness professionals interested in learning more about the training needs of female athletes. But you don’t need to be a professional to apply – anyone interested in learning about the female athlete, including female athletes themselves is welcome!

 

What can I expect to learn?

The course will include 17 hours of educational content, handouts, hands-on practice, and lots of useful information! He has been traveling internationally to treat and teach for many years and the reviews are globally five stars!

Course content will combine practical and theoretical components to provide a basic understanding of high intensity training for female athletes. Participants will learn about common loaded movements, how to modify these exercises, and how to assess, treat, and rehabilitate common lower half injuries.

The two-day course will be hosted at CrossFit South Arlington: 607 S Ball St Arlington Va 22202.

Day 1: Saturday September 22nd,  7:30AM – 5:30PM

Day 2: Sunday   September 23rd,   7:30AM – 6:00PM (optional 7:00AM workout)

More about Antony Lo, The Physio Detective:

Antony has practiced physiotherapy in Australia for 20 years. He has a Masters in Manual Therapy from the University of Western Australia and a specialization in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
