First, they said our health would start going downhill at 30.

Then, they said having kids would be our downfall.

Then, they said it would REALLY detoriate at 40.

At one point, we said “F this”, we control our own health. Give us a barbell, a place to move and some like-minded people and we’ll take care of our bodies.

We will pay attention to what we eat and drink our water and mind our sleep. We will get stronger even as all the health projections say otherwise. We will look FIT anytime anywhere.

Don’t tell us what we can’t do. We don’t accept obstacles easily.
