Whether you’re planning to grow a human, currently growing a human, or you just brought a human into this world, CFSA Mommy + Baby Fit Program is equipped to help you maintain a healthy and safe transition through motherhood.

We empower our athletes to take charge of their bodies so that they can make informed decisions about their fitness through all the stages of pregnancy and beyond.

Our small group class of mamas is designed to establish and/or rehabilitate your core and strengthen those baby-carrying muscles. Wherever you are in your journey, this program will encourage safe continued healing after birth and set up a solid foundation for getting back into your workout routine. Bring your bump or baby and train with other mamas just like you!

Participants must have clearance from their doctor to participate.
