This women’s program is designed to build trunk stability, grip strength, shoulder mobility and upper body pulling capacity. Coach Edith a.k.a Mighty E has worked with female athletes for years on helping them speed up their journey towards pull-up strength. Don’t miss this chance to work with one of the best coaches in the biz and take your strength to the next level.

This 8-week specialty program will take place every Sunday 10:30am-11:30am starting on February 14th. It includes Open Gym access for homework drills and is capped at 8 female participants.
