Step One
 

Let’s talk! You’ll begin with a discussion of your fitness goals with one of our experienced coaches.

You’ll leave your 30-min session with a prescription for your training and/or nutrition program.

OnRamp Program

Step Two
 

Complete the four 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions that make up our OnRamp program.

These sessions allow you to learn the foundations of the CrossFit method and proper movement in safe and personal environment.

Step Three
 

Be it through group classes, personal or a mix of both, this is where your new healthy habits get formed and your fitness journey truly starts.

Our 90-day goal review sessions make sure that you stay accountable and making progress.

Given the situation with COVID-19, CrossFit South Arlington will be holding our 1:1 intros virtually through video conferencing. We have a lot of cool things to tell you about: group classes, personal training, but also offerings that can be delivered remotely such as nutrition and personalized at-home training. Most of all, we want to meet you and understand your needs!
