We know CrossFit can be intimidating to the newcomer.
It seems like every CrossFit picture you see is of someone lifting massive weights overhead while simultaneously swinging upside down on a set of gymnastics rings and juggling knives that are on fire.
You know what we mean … it looks intense :)
We understand the trepidation. We felt it too when we first considered joining a CrossFit gym. Now, just like everyone else at South Arlington Fitness & Nutrition, we love the program and know that it is truly universal. It works for anyone and everyone.
But we don’t leave this journey to chance. Anyone starting new with us goes through our 1-on-1 OnRamp program. It consists of four personal training sessions designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of fitness and get you moving safely and confidently before you roll into class.
We’ve done this for years and we can honestly say the OnRamp program is one of the most important elements in the success of any person looking to start a group fitness journey.
Most of our clients find out pretty quickly that their bodies can do much more than they thought they could. You can find that out, too.
PS: And no, we don’t juggle flaming knives. That’s for amateurs. We use full-sized swords ;)
