It also makes us want to eat a piece of chocolate. Ok, fine, more than one piece of chocolate.⁠ ⁠

But mostly, it makes us envision physical strength as well as mental strength. Power and self control. Muscle and willpower. ⁠ ⁠

We want both.⁠ ⁠

We want to be the kind of person who back squats a personal best, then goes home to take care of the kids.⁠ ⁠

We want to be the kind of person who gets their first pull-up then goes back to work because there are deadlines and we don’t miss deadlines.⁠ ⁠

We want to be the kind of person who is not afraid to work on their weaknesses in the gym, and on their relationships outside of it.⁠ ⁠ Be strong. Break the bar. Eat one piece.⁠
