What I Actually DO, and Don’t DO to Help My Clients Get Results

By Coach Meredyth El-Amine

Hey ya’ll. Coach Meredyth here!

I run Inner Strength Coaching where my catchy insta tagline is: “Diets are dumb, self-love is queen, and homeostasis takes the place of weightloss.” Cool. Cool. But what does that even mean?

When I meet with someone to discuss possible coaching, the convo typically revolves around one question: What do you actually do? OF COURSE my potential clients want to know how I’m going to help them. I answer this question so often I thought ya’ll might want to know too. But before I dive in I want you all to know I have a little something brewing. I’ve been hard at work creating something that I am SO PUMPED to share. I’m not ready just yet, but be on the lookout for something from me soon! Stay tuned!!

Nutrition coaching is a term used to describe a general field of work. Most would know from the title that a nutrition coach is someone who can help them with their nutrition needs. Things like weight loss, performance gains, or even just better health. The thing is, there is a huge range when it comes to what that help actually looks like. I’ve always said “it’s about way more than food”…because it is. Let me share with you what I really mean when I say “I’ll help you get off the diet roller coaster for good.”

What I actually do and don’t do to help my clients get results:

I could keep going and going…I love, love, love all things coaching!! Want to know more? I’d love to talk to you about how coaching might be right for you. Book a free consultation and let’s see where it leads.
